The way the movie is performing in the second week at the box office is putting experts and even trade analysts in shock. This low budget Bollywood film is doing exceptionally well in northern states given the fact that it was released only in the Hindi language.
To be honest The kashmir files is niether a feel good movie or a commercial one or even the movie does not have any star actor. Then why people are turning to the theatres?
The reason for this is the topic or the content of the movie itself is the main point. The fact that this storyline, which depicts events from the perspective of Kashmiri Pandits, has never been spoken in the past so openly. None of us could say what the true events are? The makers of the film nither not concerned with truth or the political correctness telling the story, and this is precisely why it became a success.
The kashmir Files movie is having fare share of supporters and haters. The supporters of the film include some of the famous personalities in the country like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP Chief Minister, MPs, and other Hindu group members.
While the oppostin leaders in the country make it to the haters list of ” The Kashmir Files”. Major section of haters of this film bashing the makers for false propaganda spreading trough the movie.
Whatever it may, the whole INDIA is made aware of the sad truth of Kashmir and the impact non -Muslim Kashmirs had over the years and we bluntly ignored for years. Thanks to The Kashmir Files, Now every one is talking about it. A section of people who watched the movie finds it difficult to believe that the movie based on true events because the victims of the incidents never openly confirmed it.
Are these incidents really happened ? or just makers want to mint some money potreying to be true. A number of videos have appeared on social media showing Kashmiri Pandits crying and breaking down after seeing the film in theatres. Apart from Trauma, the reason for this is the film’s direct acknowledgement of a number of real-life recorded instances, which are depicted in raw, brutal detail.
