
Hyderabad : Yes you read it correct. CM KCR has made a huge announcement for aspiring unemployed youth in Telangana state. As promised Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao made the biggest announcement to the unemployed youth in the state. Speaking in the assembly Telangana Chief Minister KCR has revealed that State government will take up direct recruitment to fill 91,142 vacant posts in various departments in Telangana and the Job notification will out very shortly.
The announcement includes regularization of 11,103 contractual personnel working against these vacancies, the government will take up direct recruitment for 80,039 vacancies. The financial implication of filling up of 80,039 vacancies and regularization of 11,103 contractual personnel would be Rs 7,300 crores per annum for the State government.
Many would say as the announcement is made keeping in the mind targeting the youth for the next assembly election and many consider as the election strategy but the the most important thing other than the political advantage is the such a biggest announcement has been made and it would directly help the aspiring youth who are waiting for almost 5-6 years now for a government job. The announcement has come when everyone is least expecting.
Though aimed at winning the hearts of youth to vote for Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) during the next Assembly elections, this move by KCR is something that will hit the opposition very badly!

CM KCR also stated that the upper age limit for direct recruitment would be relaxed by 10 years, to enable more unemployed become eligible to compete in the proposed recruitment. For OC upper age limit is 44 years for 49 years for SC, ST & BC and for physically handicapped the upper age limit is 54 years while 47 years for ex-Servicemen.
