Technology News: The biggest social media platform Twitter is going to launch the most awaited Edit tweet feature on September 21. But the new feature will be available for the Blue subscribers only. Meanwhile, for the subscription users have to pay $4.99 per month or Rs 398 in Indian currency. This Edit Tweet new feature will let Twitter users make changes to their tweets after it has been posted on Twitter.

The edit3ed tweet will appear with an icon, timestamp, and label so that users can know that the content which has been posted is modified. Moreover, by tapping on the label, viewers can see the tweet’s edit history, meanwhile what the original was or what the user has changed.
Furthermore, according to the reports and sources, Twitter is planning to begin the public test of the editing tweets on 21 September. Twitter users have been asking for an edit button to fix typos and grammatical errors for years. Twitter said they are thinking of it as a short period of time to do things like fix typos, add the missed tags, and so on.
Well, they are first testing the new edit feature with a smaller group of users before launching it publically. Hence, the test will be limited to a single country for now, and then expand, they will observe how people use this new edit tweet feature. They will also observe how the feature impacts the way people read and write, or engage with the Tweets.
